It's been about four or five months now since I lost my ten years worth of Hotmail, so I was really pleased to hear from an old friend who found this really cool pic! For a minute I thought it was recent, but it's actually from 1983. Bill Watterson, of Calvin and Hobbes fame, illustrated the cover of a magazine called Target featuring a story about Ralph Steadman. This mag seems to have ceased publication in 1987 according to a little Googling. Anyhow, here's the cover. And in case you want to save your Hotmail, check out Hotmail Popper. I had dl'd it, but never got around to installing it :\
