I'm new to the site, so apologies in advance if this is an old question: does anyone know why the publication of The Mutineer is delayed & any idea of publication date? Thanks!

Hi there, no problem! Anonymous comments get screened, so I hope you'll be able to read this. I don't know why The Mutineer has been delayed. Many gonzo books in the past have had a similar problem - it could be any number of reasons.

Yes he did...back when they were made 100% in the USA and not outsourced to factories over in China and Thailand. If you've read his books he mentions this on several occasions.

Converse was the last company to make sneakers entirely in America. They began outsourcing in the 90's and the last factory closed in 2001.

Ah, I could have phrased that a little better, such as "HST's image will be used" as opposed to the other meaning of "used to" :-)
