Gonzo movie out on DVD

Well I tell ya peeps, if you get a root canal, spring for the crown as soon as you can afford it, because you don't want the hour and a half spent at the endodontist to go to waste. The tooth will become brittle once the roots have been raked out. Ugh! I swear, my teeth are bankrupting my dreams, if not my Christmas gift budget.

One thing I'll be sure to save pennies for is Gonzo: The Life and Work of Dr. Hunter S. Thompson, which came out on November 18th. I managed to miss two (two!) local screenings, but after two colds, a root canal, a crown, big work deadline aaaaaaaaaand weekend Christmas sales, it's hard to work up the enthusiasm for a night out.

I recently watched it via Netflix online and became even more intrigued with this exceptional man. While attending the NORML conference back in 2001, I was excited that he was to be the keynote speaker. Alas, he cancelled because it was alleged he was fearful that his stash would have been discovered by airport security in these God-damned United POLICE States of Amerika.

i have watched this movie and think it is great. Hunter would smoke to this one. the peace on the hells angels inspired me to write a term paper over them. nvr
