Hey peeps, well it seems appropriate that on this first, fresh day of 2009 I feel pretty chipper. For almost three weeks, I have had a lingering cold along with two sore throats and a lot of fatigue! It was not a fun holiday at all - plus a chinook created a two foot snow drift on our sidewalk. It took me a couple of days with the garden shovel to chisel a pathway. That's the sucky thing about a corner lot - you have four times as much sidewalk as everyone else :-P Anyway, there hasn't been much in the way of gonzo news, so I can't really entertain you today...although I'm trying to figure out if there's a way to feed a Google News Alert to LiveJournal. It would be pretty sweet if there was a way I could automate that.
